Imaging is stripped of identifying tags and metadata. What crosses the border is a pseudonymous case: age, anatomy, findings, question.
The consulting surgeon reviews and returns a written opinion — agree, disagree, or ask for more — linked to the case, not the person.
The identity firewall
Identity and clinical data live in separate encrypted stores. The consulting surgeon's view has no path to the left-hand column — the wall is enforced in the data model, not just the interface. Built to align with UAE DOH and PDPL data-handling requirements.
